We were looking to save money compared to a hotel arrangement and were pleasantly surprised. the property was clean, tidy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. It was conveniently located close to shops and public car parks, making it easy to explore both the city centre and outskirts. the spaciousness and decent price made it perfect for our family of five. We would definitely stay here again and would come prepared with our own bed linen and kitchen essentials. Parking was not a problem, with a nearby car park charging only £12 for 3 days. Cons: Nothing all good! 👍.

The warm and welcoming Christmas tree added a lovely touch to the cozy red-themed atmosphere. the kitchen facilities were good, although I would suggest bringing a small cafetiere for coffee lovers. Appreciated the parking vouchers and the helpful neighbors who informed us where to use them. the location was great, with easy access to the city and a nearby cafe for breakfast and a friendly pub for evening drinks. the house itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, surpassing our previous experiences. the layout worked well for our family of five, including a small room off the twin room for added privacy. a delightful stay that our son wants to repeat.
Felt really welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.
